Restaurant Review // Intersect by Lexus

Library and Eatery of Intersect by Lexus

Intersect by Lexus is complete for… Lunch with friends and family.t

INTERSECT BY LEXUS is considered to be an ideal space that is a comfortable destination between work and home. The restaurant offers an inspiring networking opportunity for luxury lifestyle seekers with interests in design, art, fashion, culture, music and technology. I’d describe the space as an artisanal eatery offering an authentic and evolving culinary journey with a firm focus on pure, handcrafted organic cuisine and beverages.

Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, Sunday through Friday.

The menu showcases raw and organic foods of immensely high quality, foods that express the innate wholesomeness and abundant nature of fruits and vegetables.

The decor provides a comfortable lounge-environment, an eatery, a diverse library and an impressive garage space that hosts Lexus car concepts among other installations.

What I loved:

There’s a story behind each dish developed by Intersect’s creative kitchen team. All dishes are artisanal and is presented on to small and large plates, which are ideal for sharing. We were able to choose to sample, by taste or glass, some the most recent and oldest world wines.

What I wore:

Nude cropped trousers, a white shirt and brown gladiator sandals.

The restaurant  is headed by Benjamin Nicholas, who leads a dynamic team consisting of gastronomy experts, as well as professionals in hospitality, customer service and operations. Everyone I spoke to here had a smile on their face and made me feel extremely welcomed.
