Emily Fruit Crisps

I was sent these fruit crisps a couple of weeks ago and I immediately assumed that they were going to taste like your conventional dried fruit but I couldn’t have been more wrong. They’re extremely crunchy, and seriously full of flavour, too.

London-based founders, Alessandro Ascani and Emily Wong created these delicious fruit slices, which are produced using a process called ‘vacuum frying’. This process preserves all of the beneficial nutrients in the fruit, which allows for a crunchy crisp that’s low in fat and calories, gluten free and vegan with no additives, no preservatives, kosher and they’re halal certified. They’re available in Selfridges, Holland & Barrett and even Topshop. If you’re in the UAE, you can find them at SoilStore in Abu Dhabi or online.

Emily Fruit Crisps in Apple flavour have been awarded Gold Star at the Great Taste Award 2015.

I haven’t been paid to write any of this, I genuinely love this brand and their ethos. I’m sent products all the time and if I don’t support or feel the need to promote a brand or product, I will not do it.
